Ridley's Leadership Academy (RLA) is an online private school that serves PreK-8th grade scholars. Scholars receive academic instruction in core subjects such as reading, math, science, and social studies.

RLA is dedicated to providing scholars with a unique opportunity to develop leadership principles in a Christian Learning Environment. Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their academic career and make a positive impact in their communities. With a focus on excellence in all we do, RLA offers a wide range of interactive academic lessons and field experiences that promote student growth.

Tutorial Services

RLA also offers tutorial services for scholars in PreK -12th grade that need additional support or academic acceleration in reading, ELA, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies. We also support students in high school courses such as pre-algebra, algebra, and literature.

​Mentorship Services

Scholars are provided a mentor to help guide them through academic and social situations.

Leadership Services

Scholars learn and apply leadership principles throughout their educational career at RLA.

Behavioral Support Services

Scholars are provided with strategies to help manage their behavior at school, at home, and in the community.

College and Career Life Coaching Services

Certified Life Coach that provides coaching sessions in the areas of career exploration, educational support, and social skills development. Certified by International Coaching Federation (ICF).
